West Windsor's Historic Villages

Over the centuries, several historic districts have manifested within or straddling our town's borders - each with a distinct identity that set it apart from the others. Some communities disappeared long ago but others still exist. These villages, more than West Windsor overall, were what generations of residents called “home" until the late 1900s. The past half century has seen an unprecedented disappearance of much of our town’s historical sites, including in these historic districts. Regardless, these communities are still some of the most important vestiges of local history.
