The Aderman-Pinelli House

Historical Overview
Standing at 249 Washington Road is a wood-framed American four-square house with open front porch and 1-story side extension. This - the Aderman-Pinelli house - is a member of West Windsor's "100 Club" and a contributing element to the historic West Windsor community of Penns Neck.
According to township tax records, this house was constructed in 1923.[1] However, the Historical Society has not yet uncovered who built the house. The earliest confirmed owner (research is ongoing) was Frederick Aderman who owned it as far back as 1954.[2] In 1968, he passed away at 94 years old[3] and his will bequeathed the property to Ilse Heyne.[4] Two years later, Heyne sold the property to Michael and Alice Pinelli.[5] The property remained in Pinelli hands for 45 years before passing to new owners in 2015.[6]
