Wyckoff Feed Mill

Historical Overview
Standing at 37 Station Drive is an unassuming mid-century 2-story office building. However, in its rear is a much-older (1800s or early 1900s) broken-gable roofed addition, just a few dozen feet away from the railroad tracks. This structure is a member West Windsor's "100 Club" and a contributing element to the historic West Windsor community of Princeton Junction.

It's unknown when this building was erected, but a "warehouse" appears in this location on an 1875 map of West Windsor (although this may instead refer to the nearby Dewey's Upholstery Shop building at 33 Station Drive).
[1] The first known owner of the property at 37 Station Drive (structure or not) was David S. Voorhees, who had purchased farmland in the area in 1848.[2] It's assumed the building there was built as a small barn, to house animals and/or agricultural crops/products.

After David's death in 1883,
[3] the property eventually passed to George W. Voorhees and his wife, Sarah. In 1898, they sold it to Jacob R. Wyckoff,[4] an ex-assemblyman.[5] The deed that year mentions a "premises," suggesting this structure existed back then.[6]

Ownership of this property thereafter is unclear. In 1947, it was purchased by Austin D. and Charlotte S. Morrell.[7] Several more owners have bought and sold the property since then,[8],[9],[10] adding an expansion fronting Station Drive between 1975 and 1980.[11],[12]
