Thank you for supporting the Historical Society of West Windsor!
DELIVERY:
- Orders will be delivered within 2-4 weeks from the time of your order.
- Please provide your email and phone number (mobile preferred) at check-out, just in case we need to coordinate delivery with you.
- IF YOU LIVE IN OR WITHIN 2 MILES OF WEST WINDSOR: your order will be delivered to your doorstep by a Historical Society of West Windsor volunteer. Please provide any special delivery instructions (ex: how to enter gated community, where to drop off packages in apartment complex, any guard animals, etc.) with your order. You can do this during the "review and submit order" checkout process before you hit the "place order" button. NOTE: It is illegal for us to drop off packages directly in your mailbox.
- IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 2 MILES FROM WEST WINDSOR: Unfortunately, we are a very small nonprofit and thus do not have to accommodate your order. If we see your shipping address as being more than 2 miles outside of West Windsor's boundaries, we will contact you via email or phone, in which case you will have the option to change the address or cancel the order. If we are unable to reach you we will cancel the order by default.
RETURNS:
- Please contact us within 60 days of placing your order at [email protected] if you have an issue with your order and would like to cancel/return it - we'd be happy to coordinate. Returned items will be shipped back at customer's expense.
