Princeton-Windsor News

Historical Overview
A small, 1-story, gable-roofed office building stands at 19 Washington Road, near the Princeton Junction Train station. At the time of this writing (2024) it houses "Wizcom," an Information Technology company. [1] However, it was for many years the headquarters of the Princeton-Windsor News Service, a local newspaper distributor.

The building was presumably constructed around 1967, after the Princeton-Windsor News purchased the property.[2] The company had been founded by the Bevensee family, who also operated a kiosk in Palmer Square (in Princeton) for some time in the 1980s.[3],[4] Publications they distributed various local papers, including Princeton's "Town Topics."[5] and the "Princeton Recollector."[6] The Bevensees leased a portion of their Washington Road offices to CSA Publications, another periodical publisher.[7]

In 2006, the Washington Road address passed to PJ Realty Associates, LLC,[8] and five years later to Thota Ventures, LLC, which retains ownership.[9]
